By accessing and using ControllerTest.io (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ControllerTest.io provides diagnostic tools (including but not limited to Vibration Tests, Joystick Calibration, and Trigger Polling) for informational purposes only. You expressly understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: hardware failure, broken cables or ribbon cables, data loss, or any other device malfunctions that may occur before, during, or after using our testing tools. Any physical repairs, modifications, or teardowns performed by you based on our diagnostic results are done entirely at your own risk.

We provide embeddable "Widgets" for third-party websites to utilize our testing interface. By embedding our widgets, you agree that ControllerTest.io reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to block, suspend, or terminate widget access to any domain or IP address at any time, without prior notice or liability. Reasons for revocation may include, but are not limited to: violation of applicable laws, abusive automated requests, or generating excessive traffic that threatens our server infrastructure.

All content, visual interfaces, UI designs (including our specific "Bento" aesthetic and color palettes), graphics, code, and other material on this site are the exclusive property of ControllerTest.io. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service as intended. You explicitly agree NOT to: copy, clone, scrape, reverse-engineer, mirror, or otherwise reproduce the frontend design or backend logic of this website to create a competing product or for any other purpose. Unauthorized cloning of our UI or assets is strictly prohibited and will be subject to enforcement.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and do not collect unnecessary personal identifiable information.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
